JCCC @ Renshin Women Taikai (Sat Apr 26)

On April 26, Renshin Kendo Club successfully hosted a women’s and girls’ kendo tournament, drawing an impressive turnout of over 80 participants.

This event marked a meaningful step forward in promoting and recognizing the increasing presence of women in kendo. The tournament was met with enthusiastic support from sensei, parents, and fellow club members who took the time to cheer on the participants.

Seven players represented JCCC—a notable number of women compared to many other clubs. Each competitor gave their all, and we extend our congratulations to every participant for contributing to the advancement of women’s kendo.
